MS volleyball downs Williamson

The Wellsboro Middle School volleyball team picked up another NTL win by defeating Williamson 2-0 Wednesday night.
The A team won 25-12 and 25-11 for the sweep.
"We had another successful night with the best competition and volleying we've had all year," said head coach Jenn Outman. "Tonight was the best performance by the team all year. They came out to win and won BIG!"
Grace Feil, Sydney Tremper, Lizzy Poirier, and Brianne Keane all served the ball well and Grace Feil and Jillian Graver lit up the court with their spikes. Grace had 4 spikes and 3 kills and Jillian had 6 spikes and 1 kill.
In the B game, the team won 25-19 and 25-18.
With the win, the Lady Hornets improve to 8-0. The team will be back in action on Saturday, October 5 as they host Troy.
