Middle School Soccer tops Northern Potter, 2-0

The Wellsboro Middle School Soccer team picked up a 2-0 victory over Northern Potter on Saturday, October 4.
The first half saw no scoring from either team, but the Hornets scored twice in the second half to claim the victory. Julia Smith scored off an assist from Brett Rudy for the first goal and Rudy scored the second goal.
Nate Redell stopped 7 shots in goal for the Hornets.
With the win, the Hornets improve to 6-4. The team will be back in action on Tuesday, October 7 as they travel to Liberty.
