5 Lady Hornets named to All-Region soccer team

5 members of the Wellsboro Girls Soccer team were named to the Towanda Daily Review's All-Region team on Saturday, November 19.
Senior Makanna Johnson, junior Kailee Clymer, and sophomores Julia Smith and Emma Poirier were all third team selections. Sophomore Dahlia Hosey was an All-Rookie team pick.
Poirier led the Lady Hornets with 8 goals and 6 assists on the year, Smith had 4 goals, and Hosey had 3 goals. Johnson provided solid defense on the year and Clymer recorded 233 saves in net.
