7 D4 girls named to PA Sports Writers All-State Basketball Team

7 girls from District IV were named to the PA Sports Writers All-State Girls Basketball Team on Tuesday, April 24.
In Class AAAA Jersey Shore's Hannah Kauffman was named to the 3rd team.
In Class AAA Wellsboro's Tory Self and Mount Carmel's Nicole Varano were both named to the 2nd team.
In Class A there was four selections. St. John Neumann's Shayna McNamee was a 2nd team while Lourdes Regional's Selina Albert, and Sullivan County's Jessica King and Mykenzie Malacusky were all 3rd team picks.
