Wellsboro boys fall to East JuniataThe Wellsboro boys' soccer team fell to East Juniata 5-1 in the District 4 playoffs on Tuesday.

East Juniata scored a pair of first-half goals in the game to lead 2-0 at the break.

Gabe Leach cut the deficit to 2-1 at 38:27 of the second half.

The Green Hornets then got a red card, causing them to have to play a man down for the final 30 minutes of the game, and East Juniata took advantage, netting three more goals to get the win.

East Juniata had 21 shots and 11 corners, while Wellsboro had six shots and two corner kicks.

Casey Hoover had 12 saves in goal for the Green Hornets, and East Juniata had four saves.
