Shultz scores 50th, Sullivan downs Mt. Carmel, 7-2.

Lucas Shultz scored four goals to bring his career total to 50 in Sullivan County's 7-2 win over Mt. Carmel on Wednesday.

"It's quite an achievement," Sullivan County coach Chris Koschak said after the game. "He's worked hard over the past few years. He had help from the entire team as you can see from the assists."

For Sullivan, Yasler Montero-Salas and Trace Neary each scored a goal and an assist, Jordan Bower had one goal, Brian Lewis assisted two of Shultz's goals, and Caleb Fitzwater, Jalen Thomas and Cameron Fiester each had one assist.

Sullivan County out shot Mt. Carmel, 20-2, and held the edge in corner kicks, 4-2.

Lucas Molyneux finished with two saves for Sullivan.

Southern Columbia travels to Sullivan County on Monday.
