NEB wrestling tops Sayre.

The Northeast Bradford wrestling team got a win over Sayre on Thursday, 53-9.

The Panthers started things off at 285 as Owen Maryott pinned Dominic Red in 1:27.

There were double forfeits at 106 and 113 and at 120 Kregory Johnson of NEB won by technical fall 19-4 over Miah Lehman.

Sayre's Robert Benjamin got a forfeit at 126 and Destin Moore (132), Dusty Cook (138), Tyler Devonshire (170), Noah Forbes (182) and Dawson Brown (220) all got forfeit wins, while there was a double forfeit at 195.

Thomas Hendricks of Sayre won 5-2 over Dale Brown at 145, while Aaron Boss of NEB pinned Zaine Patnode in 3:30 at 152.

Silas Miller of NEB pinned Connor Harbst in 3:11 at 160.

Dryden 41, Waverly 30

The Wolverines got a win from Connor Stotler at 99 points as he pinned Zack Wilson in 3:59 and Garrett Skeens of Waverly won 7-1 over Mitchel Shipman at 106.

At 113 Ryan LaForest of Waverly pinned Miles Couch in 1:53 and at 120 Richard Belenger of Dryden won by forfeit.

Samuel Dow of Dryden pinned Lexy Streeter in 2:30 at 126 and Waverly's Ethan Stotler pinned Matthew McKewin-Bates in 4:34 at 132.

Robert Bortherton of Dryden won by technichal fall 17-2 over Cody Chandler and Austin Kimble of Waverly won 15-8 over Vincent Scott at 145.

At 152 Waverly's Trevor Meyers won by fall in 1:37 over Isaac Powers and at 160 Cody Senecal of Dryden pinned Austin Snyder in 1:04.

Wesley Floor of Dryden got a forfeit at 170, there were no matches at 182 or 195 and at 220 Dryden's Kaydin Hinckley got a forfeit, while James Jackson of Dryden got a forfeit at 285.
