South’s Dorner cruises to No. 1 singles victory.

South Williamsport freshman Olivia Dorner easily won at No. 1 singles against Bloomsburg's Emily Keyser, earning a 6-0, 6-0 win to help the Mounties defeat Bloomsburg, 3-2, in girls tennis on Monday.

Lauren Peck won for the Mounties at No. 3 singles, beating Ashley Rostucher, 6-1, 6-0.

Maddy Reeves earned a 5-7, 6-3, 6-4 win against Loyalsock's Katie Savidge to help Montoursville defeat the Lancers, 4-1.

Loyalsock's lone win came at No. 3 singles by Melina Vuocolo in a 6-0, 6-0 win against Alissa Aldinger.

Lewisburg defeated Danville, 3-2, thanks to a win at No. 2 doubles by Becca Brown and Bekah Vance, winning 6-4, 7-6 (7-4). The duo were down 0-4 in the second set and came back to tie it and force a tiebreaker to win.

"I felt like it was a clutch performance by No. 2 doubles. They played a great match," Lewisburg coach Samuel Harer said.

Milton defeated Jersey Shore, 3-2. Cassidy Rell won at No. 1 singles for the Bulldogs, defeating Hannah Seebold, 6-4, 6-3.

Milton swept the remainder of singles competition as Olivia Eisenhaueer (No. 2 singles) and Haley Seebold (3) both earned wins.

Williamsport blanked Shikellamy, 5-0. Natalia Diaz won at No. 1 singles, 6-3, 6-0 while Katie Meale earned a 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 2 singles for the Millionaires.

Mia Shuler won at No. 3 singles against the Braves' Ashley Strevig, 6-2, 6-0.
