Allen Taylor won the 110 hurdles by just over a second and picked up a win in the triple jump with a leap of 39 feet, 1 inch, but Williamsport fell in a close one against Selinsgrove, 79-71, in boys track and field on Tuesday afternoon.

District 4 teams outside Williamsport, Loyalsock and Warrior Run can rest a little easier. After four years of watching Alexis Bower, Amanda Daneker and Taylor Parker ravage them, opponents no longer have to deal with that triple threat. All three have graduated but all three again had dominant seasons and showed why they will one day be District 4 Softball Hall of Famers.
